Marsha is a Washington native, growing up in Maryland and having spent the last 18 years living in Northern Virginia. She has worked in the field of banking for over 20 years, 14 of which have been in mortgage banking. Along with working for several community banks, most recently with Virginia Commerce Bank, in the 90’s she owned and ran a small mortgage broker operation. During her years in the mortgage industry she has managed both operations and sales teams, and throughout has originated mortgage loans for a diverse group of clients.

Her approach to business is to ask the right questions from the start and apply her industry knowledge to match her client’s needs to the most appropriate mortgage financing.
